In a YouTube video, the popular YouTuber @Babish Culinary Universe attempted to recreate the potions from the game in real life. He went to a pharmacy to get the classic Chinese medicinal ingredients, such as Lingzhi mushroom, ginseng, and licorice. Following the game's recipe, he cut the ingredients into small pieces, mixed them together, and simmered them in a pot. He successfully made potions like the "Protection Potion" and the "Lightness Powder" (which were actually herbal soups).

After tasting all the potions, the YouTuber said that his Buff was now at maximum level. He then picked up a broom and prepared to go out and fight some monsters.

Screenshots of this video were also reposted on online forums, sparking discussions among players. Many users praised the YouTuber for his daring attempt, while some made jokes about the potential dangers of consuming random Chinese herbal concoctions. Some players even commented that Chinese players are not as adventurous because they are aware that blind consumption of traditional Chinese medicine can be fatal.
